WEBSITE USE & TRAVEL INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms that apply when you visit this website, request a quote or use the travel information provided here.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Royal Caribbean Best Cruise Deals, an independently owned and operated Cruise Planners travel agency website. By accessing or using this website, submitting a quote request or using its content, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Cruise Planners maintains corporate terms that also apply when you use Cruise Planners systems or services. This page summarizes and adapts those terms for this website.

2. Our role as a travel advisor

We provide travel-planning assistance and arrange travel products supplied by independent third parties, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers and transportation providers. We do not own, control or operate those suppliers. Each supplier’s own passenger contract, fare rules, cancellation policy, privacy policy and other terms apply to the products it provides.

Royal Caribbean Best Cruise Deals is affiliated with Cruise Planners and is not owned, operated or endorsed by Royal Caribbean International. References to cruise lines, ships, trademarks and destinations are for identification and travel-planning purposes.

3. Quotes, rates and availability

Website content and quote information are provided for general informational purposes. Prices, promotions, cabin inventory, onboard credits, taxes, fees, port expenses, deposit requirements and itineraries are subject to availability and may change without notice. A quote is not a confirmed reservation and does not guarantee a price or cabin.

A booking is confirmed only after the applicable supplier accepts the reservation and payment or deposit and issues confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, cabin details, pricing, payment deadlines and all confirmation documents promptly and notifying us of any error.

4. Deposits, payments, changes and cancellations

Payment schedules, refundability, change fees and cancellation penalties are determined by the applicable travel supplier and the fare or promotion selected. A “fully refundable deposit” applies only when expressly stated for the particular offer and remains subject to its booking terms and cancellation deadline. Some fares, deposits, add-ons and service fees may be nonrefundable.

You authorize approved charges connected with your booking. Failure to pay by a supplier deadline may result in cancellation. Refunds, when due, are controlled by supplier rules and processing times. We recommend travel insurance where appropriate; policy terms, exclusions and claim decisions are controlled by the insurer.

5. Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler and payment information and for reviewing all travel documents. Travelers must obtain and carry valid passports, visas, health records, parental permissions and any other documentation required by destinations, carriers or government authorities. Entry, vaccination and identification requirements may change and should be verified with official sources before travel.

You are also responsible for arriving on time, complying with supplier conduct and safety rules, and communicating accessibility, medical, dietary or other special needs early enough for a supplier to consider the request. A request cannot be guaranteed unless the supplier confirms it.

6. Permitted website use

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use this website for personal, lawful travel-planning purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect content through automated means, impersonate another person, submit false information or use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, website design, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Cruise Planners, Royal Caribbean and other company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No license to use a trademark or copyrighted material is granted except for ordinary personal viewing of this website.

8. Third-party links and tools

This website may link to or embed services operated by Cruise Planners, Royal Caribbean, HighLevel and other third parties. Those services are provided under the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee or endorse the accuracy, availability or security of a third-party site, and we are not responsible for its content or operation.

9. Website availability and disclaimers

We work to provide useful and current information, but this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Images may be illustrative, and ship features, itineraries and experiences may differ or change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and Cruise Planners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Travel suppliers are responsible for their own acts and services. We are not responsible for supplier or government actions, schedule changes, weather, illness, labor disputes, mechanical problems, force-majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes, suspension and severability

We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website at any time. The revised terms apply when posted, as shown by the “Last updated” date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

12. Governing terms and contact

Applicable supplier terms govern your reservation and may contain their own governing-law, venue or dispute-resolution provisions. Questions about these website terms or a quote submitted here may be directed to us at 728-300-8720.
